We originally created our Loyalty Kiosk to interact with our Virtual Loyalty Cards. Our Virtual Loyalty Cards are a very powerful marketing tool for businesses, and we discovered that not all businesses need all of the features that are available on our Cards. One of our first customers was a restaurant that was very popular with the elderly. A lot of their customers didn’t have cell phones with internet access, and those that did were overwhelmed with the features that are available.
The restaurant asked us to create something simple for their customers and preferably something that didn’t require a cell phone with internet access. So we did, and we found out a lot of businesses were interested in using the same “simple” system. Even with this simple system you can still:
- Track customer visits and provide reward after certain number of visits
- Custom sound notification from Kiosk when reward earned
- Track customer visits without requiring cell phone with internet access
- Limit amount of customer visits recorded per time limit you set (example: only 1 visit credit per day)
- Show customers how many visits they have left before receiving their reward, right on the kiosk
- “Lock” the kiosk so customers can’t use the tablet for anything else, like playing games
- Multiple kiosks can be used to register visits within the same Loyalty Program
- Build a customer list by having them register with their cell phone or email address
- Send out mass marketing messages using SMS or email services
- Have customers “Check In” on Facebook (cell phone with internet service required)
Another VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE: Low Cost! By not adding the advanced features contained in our Virtual Loyalty Cards we are able to lower the cost of our Loyalty Kiosks. This simpler system requires less programming and A LOT LESS TECH SUPPORT. Since there is less programming and tech support required we also allow businesses to provide their own kiosks/tablets. This saves any shipping time required for you to receive your kiosk, it also lowers our inventory costs to help us pass even more savings to you. The sample looks best on a tablet, but you can get an idea on a desktop or cell phone. We set the requirement for just 3 visits even though the Kiosk shows 10 visits required. We set it at 3 so you wouldn’t have to go through 10 visits to see a full cycle of visits showing the visit tracking and reward after reaching the number of visits required. We also changed the time limit on Check-Ins to 1 minute so you can register all your visits one after another. THE BASIC PLAN
Just the tracking program!
This is a very Basic Plan and really all that a lot of businesses need. If you just want to track your customer’s visits and reward them after they have reached the required number of visits then this is all you really need. The Kiosk won’t store your customer’s information so you won’t be able to send Text Blasts or email campaigns. The Kiosk also won’t send texts or emails to your customers after they register their visit. This Basic Plan is available for just $29 a month, plus a one-time setup and programming/design fee of $49. Your second monthly payment won’t be due for 37 days to allow one week to program and design your Kiosk. There is no contract required. You can cancel your subscription at any time you want. You are still required to supply your own Kiosk.
EXTRA OPTION: Want to build an email list of your customers and contact them by email whenever you want? We don’t want to get into the email business but many of our customers do. We have programmed our Kiosks to integrate with GetResponse and will add your customers to YOUR OWN email database. We will add the programming to your Kiosk for FREE! You will be able to contact them by email whenever you want. Click GetResponse to visit their site and sign up for the program that best fits your business. Most businesses will only need the 500 Subscriber Plan to get started and can upgrade later as needed. NOTE: Your customers will be required to enter their email address into the Kiosk each time they visit and email addresses aren’t as easy to type in as a phone number is.
THE TEXTING PLAN
Tracking program & phone number database!
The Texting Plan provides the tracking program of the Basic Plan and allows you to build an phone number database of your customers. The Kiosk will store your customer’s information so you can contact them through texting campaign blasts. The Kiosk also will also send texts to your customers after they register their visit. This Texting Plan is available for just $49 a month, plus a one-time setup and programming/design fee of $49. Your second monthly payment won’t be due for 37 days to allow one week to program and design your Kiosk. There is no contract required. You can cancel your subscription at any time you want. You are still required to supply your own Kiosk. This program gives you 2000 text credits per month for normal Kiosk communications with your customers. Extra text credits can be purchased at 3¢ each as needed.
